Terms and conditions for online booking

Please accept our terms and conditions upon which we accept bookings online for our Ear clinic. It is important that you read them and understand them before completing your Booking.

We can only see patients 6 years and above due to safety reasons.

The patient must be able to mobilise and lie flat and stay still on our treatment bed during the duration of your consultation/treatment.

Our ear clinic appointments are 15-20 minutes long. For all new patients, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a consent form.

Our Booking Service

These Booking and Payment Terms set out the terms of our service allowing you to book your health appointment via our website. Please see below pricing schedule and Late/cancellation policy: 

Consultation fees: Monday-Friday Saturday
New patient initial consultation $70 $75
Standard consultation $61 $70
Follow up consultation $40 $45
ACC surchage $27 $30
Long extended consultation $90 $100

• Consultation fee is applicable to patient for being professionally assessed and/or treated.   
Consultation charges still apply when suction is not necessary, or suction is not completed and requires review. 

Late cancellation and missed appointment policy

We wish to provide you with the best service possible. If you are late, or you do not attend your appointment, it decreases our ability to provide excellent care and meet high demand for our services.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule. You can do this by calling 09 538 0134 during working hours, leave a voice message or changing your appointment online. 

Late arrivals

Please try to be on time as appointment slots are every 15-20 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early for new patients to fill out our patient consent form. 

If you are running late, please call to inform us. We will try to accommodate you. However, if you will be more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will likely be rescheduled. 

If appointments run late

We try our best to be on time. However, some patients need additional attention, which causes appointments to run late. If this happens, we will notify you of the expected delay.
